BBQ Tea Spice Rub

The BBQ season is here and we have been grilling with our yummy Lapsang Souchong tea rub! Simply grind up the
2tbs Lagsang Souchong ( our very popular smokey tea)
add 4tsps of black pepper,
4tsps of chilli pepper,
4 tsp brown sugar,
2tsp of kosher salt
and 1tsp paprika.
Shake it all up in a container and rub onto your favourite meat!
Serve it with your favourite jug of Steeped Iced Tea! (I love Bella Coola)
